1. Overview
This policy applies to all paid subscriptions across APASHUB platforms — ApasLearners, ApasAstro, ApasBooks, ApasAgents, and ApasCreative. All payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all monthly plans. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us within 7 days of the original purchase date for a full refund — no questions asked.
After 7 days, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rata refund if you cancel within the first 30 days. The refund amount is calculated as: amount paid minus the cost of any full months used.
After 30 days, annual subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the annual period.
4. What Happens After Cancellation
- Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period
- Your account and data are retained for 30 days after the billing period ends
- You may resubscribe at any time and your data will be restored
- To permanently delete your account and all data, write to support@apashub.com
5. B2B and Enterprise Plans
Refund terms for school, institute, and enterprise plans are governed by the individual agreement signed at the time of onboarding. Contact partnerships@apashub.com for queries.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Subscriptions cancelled after the refund window (7 days for monthly, 30 days for annual)
- One-time AI reading sessions on ApasAstro once the session has been used
- Custom enterprise or B2B engagements (governed by separate agreement)
7. How to Request a Refund
Email support@apashub.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- The platform and plan you subscribed to
- Date of purchase (from your receipt email)
- Reason for refund (optional but appreciated)
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method via Razorpay.
