By accessing or using any APASHUB platform — including apaslearners.com, apasastro.com, apasbooks.com, apasagents.com, apascreative.com, and apashub.com — you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Description
APASHUB provides the following AI-powered platforms:
- ApasLearners — Interactive AI tutor for JEE, NEET, CBSE and school subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Vedic Math, and Language
- ApasAstro — Vedic astrology platform covering birth charts, dasha systems, yogas, Panchang, and AI-assisted readings
- ApasBooks — Interactive book reading platform with embedded simulations, AI explanation, and a publishing tool for authors
- ApasAgents — AI agent platform with named agents for tutoring, research, writing, and mathematics
- ApasCreative — AI content studio for social media posts, marketing PDFs, books, practice sets, and video scripts
All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
3. Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users aged 13–17 may use our platforms with the awareness and consent of a parent or guardian. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
For B2B accounts (schools, institutes, coaching centres), the account must be created by an authorised adult representative of the organisation.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Upload or submit illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse our AI systems or APIs
- Use our services to generate content that violates any applicable law
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use our services for high-risk autonomous decision-making — including medical diagnosis, legal advice, or financial investment decisions — without human review
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features on APASHUB platforms are available through monthly or annual subscription plans. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current plan price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard at accounts.apashub.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Price changes: We will give at least 30 days notice by email before changing subscription prices for existing subscribers.
- Refunds: Governed by our Refund Policy.
6. AI Output Disclaimer
Our AI services may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. This includes tutoring explanations, astrology readings, generated content, and agent responses. You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying AI outputs before acting on them
- Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Any decisions made based on AI-generated content
Astrology readings on ApasAstro are provided for cultural, educational, and personal interest purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice in any domain.
7. Intellectual Property
All APASHUB software, engines, content systems, logos, and UI are owned by Apas Learning Pvt Ltd. This includes the OCaml GTMath engine, Jyotish engine, ContentKit block system, and DiagramKit library.
You retain full ownership of content you create or upload. By submitting content to our platforms, you grant us a limited licence to process and display it solely to provide the service to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apas Learning Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reliance on AI outputs.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@apashub.com — most issues can be resolved within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms when our services change or when the law requires it. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
